Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Bildir365 (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Provider

The Service is provided by Bekir UĞUR under the trade name “Konsol Dev” (the “Provider”). Address and contact details are on the Contact page.

Scope of the Service

Bildir365 is a software service that enables businesses to collect customer feedback via QR codes. Konsol Dev makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running continuously.

Responsibilities of the business

• Processing the feedback data it collects in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Keeping its account login credentials confidential.
• Not using the Service in any way that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of third parties.

Objectionable content and abuse (zero tolerance)

Insults, profanity, threats, harassment, hate speech, obscene or illegal content and spam are strictly prohibited in the feedback collected through Bildir365 and in all parts of the Service. We apply zero tolerance to such content and to users who abuse the Service.

• Filtering: Inappropriate expressions in texts submitted through customer forms are automatically filtered (masked).
• Reporting: In the app, you can report content using “Report Objectionable Content” in the details of each feedback item; reported content is immediately removed from your feed.
• Blocking: Managers can block abusive senders with “Block Sender”; no new submissions are accepted from a blocked sender. Blocked senders are managed under Settings.
• Review (24 hours): Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours at the latest; if there is a violation, the content is removed and the sender/user responsible is removed from the Service.

Age restriction

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Pricing

License fees are communicated to you upon request. The license is valid for the period you choose and can be renewed when that period ends.

Data protection

The business using the Service is the controller of the personal data it collects through its forms; Bildir365 processes this data on behalf of the business as a processor. This processing is subject to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an integral part of these terms. Processing for which the Provider itself is responsible is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, Konsol Dev is not liable for indirect damages.
