Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The QR code is scanned with the phone’s camera and the form opens directly in the browser. There is no need to download any app.
Can I design the form the way I want?
Yes. You can choose one of the ready-made templates (anonymous box, with contact details, satisfaction survey, corporate with logo…) or arrange fields such as text, dropdown list, star rating and multiple choice yourself by dragging them into place. You can also add your logo.
Can feedback be anonymous?
Of course. You can make the form completely anonymous, or make contact details optional or required. The decision is entirely yours.
How do I get notified about new feedback?
When feedback comes in, you receive an email and a mobile app notification (for managers and staff members). New feedback is also highlighted in the dashboard.
I have more than one branch. What should I do?
You can create a separate form/QR code for each branch. You can filter feedback by branch and route it to the right team.
Is my data safe?
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is protected by two-step verification, IP restrictions and audit trails.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Once your business has been created, all you need to do is choose a template and download your QR code.
